How to solve the Error "E000FED1: A failure occurred querying the Writer status" in Symantec Backup Exec 2012?

What will you do, if you occur "E000FED1: A failure occurred querying the Writer status" error in your Symantec Backup Exec 2012 while backing up your Microsoft Exchange Server 2007? It's simple. You can do two methods to solve this error. Method 1, Dismount and Mount all your Exchange Database from your Server and Re-run the Backup. But this method is risky to do and I recommend you to choose Method 2. Method 2, Just Restart the Microsoft Exchange Information Store Service from Running Services in Your Microsoft Exchange Server. Then run the Backup Job again and you will not see above error again. Take note, all user connected to Exchange Server will be disconnect and prompt for username, password when you restart the service. But don't worry, ask them to key in their credentials. Exchange Server and Mailbox will be connected then. May you all be happy (Be knowledgeable, pass it on then)
